I'm looking forward to reminiscing with all of you at our reunion. I've spent the past 40 years painting and photographing exciting images. I paint gaeometric landscapes infused with ideograms and iconography from the 13th century school of painting. Ive exhibited in Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas Pennsylvania and France. I've also been published in magazines and periodicals. My work is included in many magazines and periodicals. I am the proud mother of three children, two step children and two grandchildren. My husband is a distinguished painter from Madrid Spain and we live with Dixie Lee our prized "pug".
Professional Biographic Sketch:
Patricia Glander Martinez was born in Larchmont, New York and has traveled and lived in Brazil, Switzerland, Portugal and Italy. Today she is currently a resident of Miami, Florida.
Glander Martinez paints geometric landscapes infused with ideograms and iconography from 1300's - 1400 Italian painters.
Glander Martinez has exhibited extensively in Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania and France. She has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, such as, Society of The Four Arts Museum, Palm Beach; Cultural Center of Hollywood and Museum of Tonneins, France. She has been published in numerous magazines and periodicals, which include: Art in America, Focus magazine, Donde International, Palm Beach Post and The Miami Herald.
Her work is included in many private and public collections throughout the United States. A few of the private and public collectors include: Martin Margulies of Coconut Grove, Florida, Steve Grenner Associates of New York, Victor Posner Companies of Miami Beach, Florida, Koger Properties of Miami, Florida, Puyallup Senior High School located in Puyallup, Washington, and Skyline Elementary School in Everett, Washington.
